We're Hiring: Print & Plot, Graphic Design Technician (Full-Time)

We're expanding our team and seeking a full-time colleague with a passion for craftsmanship, technical precision, and CNC skills.

Job requirements

Role Overview:

As part of our production team, you’ll help create project components by plotting, printing, and cutting fabrics, as well as working with materials like wood and metal.


You'll also:

- Operate CNC machines and software to create precise patterns.

- Perform advanced CNC setup, calibration, and maintenance.

- Troubleshoot CNC issues and optimize workflows for efficiency.


Your Responsibilities:

- Create plot files using designated software.

- Cut and draw fabric pattern pieces to meet quality standards.

- Monitor the plotting process to ensure accuracy.

- Maintain and perform basic repairs on plotting machines.

- Prepare print files for both internal and external use.

- Maintain the Roland Printer, ensuring proper upkeep.

- Manage inventory of fabrics, plotter pens, and printing supplies.

- Occasionally assist the 3D Design Department with pattern building.

- Operate CNC machines and software to produce precise components.


Who You Are:

- Have a higher professional education (HBO) level of thinking and working.

- Proficient in CorelDRAW and Photoshop.

- Have knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Familiar with CNC equipment and software.

- You understand the properties of fabrics and other materials.

- Have excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work.

- Fluent in Dutch and English with strong communication skills.


Bonus Points for:
- Bring 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferred).

- Experience in network management and troubleshooting.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
